Various entertainment events are <br />held throughout the year and continue to <br />grow in popularity including art exhibits, jazz <br />concerts, blues festivals, car shows and <br />recreational programs for the young and <br />older alike. <br />The City of Casselberry is located in the Seminole County school district, an extremely <br />desirable place to raise a family due to its outstanding reputation for quality education. <br />Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS) is the 12th largest school district in Florida and <br />is 60th nationally with more than 67,000 students and 10,000 employees. SCPS is a <br />leader in education throughout Central Florida and the State and is widely recognized as <br />a Premier National School District with an "A" grading from the Florida Department of <br />Education. The City of Casselberry is home to two of those highly -rated public schools - <br />Casselberry Elementary and South Seminole Middle School. In addition, there are also <br />two private schools located within the City - Lake Forrest Preparatory School and The <br />Geneva School. <br />A diverse mix of commercial and financial <br />establishments can be found within the City, <br />which provide easy access to numerous <br />shopping and banking choices.
