made therein reasonable. Since all Platted Lots in the Sausalito Assessment Area will benefit equally from <br />the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall, it is fair and reasonable to assign 1.0 Benefit Unit to each Platted <br />Lot. <br />(1) The City Commission hereby determines that the design and construction of the Sausalito <br />Shores Subdivision Wall is in the best interest of the public health, safety and welfare of the City, and will <br />also provide a special benefit to the owners of Assessed Parcels within the Sausalito Assessment Area. <br />(J) The City Commission hereby finds and determines that the Capital Assessments to be <br />imposed in accordance with this Resolution provides an equitable method of funding construction of the <br />Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall by fairly and reasonably allocating the Project Cost based on the special <br />benefit derived by each Platted Lot, in the manner hereinafter described. <br />[Remainder of Page Intentionally Left Blank] <br />Resolution 19-3107 <br />Page 6 of 17 <br />
