"Ordinance": Ordinance No. 09-1301, the Master Capital Project and Service Assessment <br />Ordinance. <br />"Platted Lot": a single-family residential building lot located in the Sausalito Assessment Area <br />that is described on a map or plat recorded in the Official Records of Seminole County, Florida. <br />"Project Cost": (A) the Capital Cost of the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall, (B) the Transaction <br />Cost associated with the Obligations issued to finance the Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall, (C) interest <br />accruing on such Obligations for such period of time as the City deems appropriate, (D) the debt service <br />reserve fund or account, if any, established for the Obligations, and (E) any other costs or expenses related <br />thereto. <br />"Property Appraiser": the Seminole County Property Appraiser. <br />"Sausalito Assessment Area": the proposed Sausalito Assessment Area described in Section <br />3.01 hereof. <br />"Sausalito Shores Subdivision Wall": a decorative brick masonry privacy wall, approximately <br />1,950 feet in length with a typical height of approximately six feet, including columns and entry feature(s), <br />along the northern boundary of the Sausalito Assessment Area along Red Bug Lake Road. <br />"Tax Collector": the Seminole County Tax Collector <br />"Tax Parcel": a parcel of property to which the Property Appraiser has assigned a distinct ad <br />valorem property tax identification number. <br />"Tax Roll": the real property ad valorem tax assessment roll maintained by the Property <br />Appraiser for the purpose of the levy and collection of ad valorem taxes. <br />"Transaction Cost": the costs, fees and expenses incurred by the City in connection with the <br />issuance and sale of any series of Obligations, including but not limited to (A) rating agency and other <br />financing fees; (B) the fees and disbursements of bond counsel; (C) the underwriters' discount; (D) the fees <br />and disbursements of the City's investment banker; (E) the costs of preparing and printing the Obligations, <br />the preliminary official statement, the final official statement, and all other documentation supporting <br />issuance of the Obligations; (F) the fees payable in respect of any municipal bond insurance policy; (G) <br />Resolution 19-3107 <br />Page 3 of 17 <br />
