Introduction: Resolution 19-3098 constitutes a Preliminary Rate Resolution for the implementation of the Street Lighting Assessment for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-20 as defined in Ordinance No. 09-1301 (the "Assessment Ordinance"). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. If approved, revenues generated by the Street Light Assessment will be budgeted in FY 2019-20 accordingly. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3098. B. Resolution 18-3099 — Dedication of Corrective Conservation Easement for Marigold Conservation Area "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONSERVATION EASEMENT WITH ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT ASSOCIATED WITH THE CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3099 approves a corrective Conservation Easement associated with the Casselberry Greenway Trail, re -dedicating a 0.17 -acre area that was previously inadvertently released from conservation, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 18-3099. C. Budget Amendment #19-042 — Recognition of Revenue from the Target Community Engagement Grant for the FYI Heroes and Helpers Program Introduction: Budget Amendment #19-042 recognizes the revenue received from the Target Community Engagement Grant for the FY 19 Heroes and Helpers Program in the amount of $1,000. Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #19-042 will increase both the Private Sources account #001-0000-366.91-00, and the Promotional Activities account #001-0610-521.48-00 by $1,000. BA #19-042 Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval to recognize the Grant awarded by Target for PD Holiday with our Heroes event in the amount of $1000.
