CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 24, 2019 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 10 of 13 <br />Sewers, Division 4, Building Sewers and Connections, Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Prevention Program <br />with Section 86-102 Oil and Grease Management Program, <br />Discussion: Discussion ensued during which Ms. Lamoureux -Bobo responded to questions relating to: <br />enforcement of violations; future development incentives; City's fees and costs compared to surrounding <br />areas; sizes of underground grease interceptors and where they can be located; requirement for food <br />service/preparation businesses to participate in the Oil and Grease Management Program; timeframe for <br />businesses to be in compliance with installation of either in -ground or under -sink grease interceptors as <br />required; options for reducing timeframe for installation if problems are detected during the two-year period <br />being allowed for installation; possibility of utilization of common grease interceptors for areas such as <br />plazas; and differences in types of businesses which constitute the need for underground vs. under -sink <br />grease interceptors. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Ordinance <br />19-1516 on first reading. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the City Commission regarding Ordinance 19- <br />1516. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Hufford moved to approve Ordinance 19-1516 on first <br />reading, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Change Order No. 1 to the Agreement with DB Civil Construction LLC for the <br />Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project <br />Staff Presentation: Assistant Public Works Director/Utility Manager Tara Lamoureux -Bobo stated that <br />Change Order No. 1 to the agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC provides for additional work related <br />to the construction of the Seminola Force Main Rehabilitation Project in the amount of $138,702.20. (ITB - <br />2018 -0364) <br />Budget Impact: Funding for Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $138,702.20 is available in the Water <br />and Sewer Fund Distribution & Collection Infrastructure account #401-0751-536.63-40. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Change <br />Order No. 1 to the agreement with DB Civil Construction, LLC in the amount of $138,702.20 for the <br />
