Finding of Fact- The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -18-001124 243 Tallwood Dr, to deny the request <br />for reduction. <br />NEW CASE <br />CE -19-000262 1422 Huntington Dr <br />• Mobile home skirting, City Code Section 2-7.20.c <br />• Damaged windows, skylights, doors, City Code Section 1-4.3 <br />• Fence in disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.1 <br />• Overgrowth, weeds, trash and debris, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.1 <br />• Outdoor/open air storage — Residential, ULDR Section 3-10.3.c.5.c.1 & 2 <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony, described the violations and photos. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if this property is lived in. <br />Mr. Eastwood stated yes. <br />Discussion. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if this property had come before the Magistrate before. <br />Mr. Eastwood stated no. There were electrical issues, which have been repaired. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if a building inspector looked at anything else on this property, because it looks like a death <br />trap. <br />Mr. Eastwood stated the property was cleared by the building inspector for any issues. Trash has been removed and <br />skirting has come into compliance. <br />The Special Magistrate stated for the record that she had received a letter dated April 2, 2019 to Ivan Colon from Richard <br />Casselberry Trustee and a letter mailed March 19, 2019 to Ivan Colon, not signed. The Special Magistrate then asked if <br />the landowner of trailer owner was responsible for the fines. <br />Mr. Eastwood stated the landowner. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if there was anyone present to speak to the issues. <br />Mr. Alcuri stated the tenant was present. <br />Rofina Shano, 1422 Huntington Dr owner of the mobile home, advised she had been away for several months and her <br />husband is the one who lives there. Ms. Shano goes there from time to time and she was shocked when she saw what a <br />mess the trailer was. <br />The Special Magistrate asked what happened. <br />Ms. Shano stated she stays full time with her elders, 93 and 92, she spoke with Casselberry and said she would do her best <br />to fix it the right way. Ms. Shano asked for an extension. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if it was Ms. Shanos husband who created the violation. <br />Ms. Shano stated yes it was her husband; he had been collecting metal and selling. <br />51 Page <br />
