The objectives <br />of the plan include source control and pollution prevention in an effort to reduce the <br />contributions of waste in the User's discharges to the POTW <br />Best Professional Judgement means the highest quality technical opinion of a permit writer, after <br />consideration of all reasonably available and pertinent data or information, forming the basis for <br />the terms and conditions of a permit. <br />Biochemical _Oexygen Ddemand (BODS) means the quantity of oxygen utilized in the <br />biochemical oxidation of organic matter under standard laboratory procedures for five W days at <br />20°C, expressed in parts per million by weight (milligrams per liter). <br />Biohazardous Waste means waste from biological source that may be hazardous to living <br />organisms.
