It is on April 27, 2019 from <br />10:00 am to 3:00 pm We are trying to do everything bigger to celebrate. We <br />will have more opportunity for the plant/trees give away and information <br />sessions, Drop Savers Program Recognition for Elementary and Middle School <br />Students for Water Conservation, workshop for the Fertilizer Ordinance by <br />the Extension Office, Bob Hotaling & Tom MacCubbin will speak on trees, Bee <br />Friendly Plant Program speaker, Hydroponic Speaker, and also an Invasive <br />Plant Speaker. All of these presentations will be in the City Hall Chambers. <br />There will not be a headline musical group or beer vendor after the event. <br />We are trying to keep it more children friendly. <br />2019 Meeting Dates: Ms. Williams shared that there were some conflicts with <br />some of the upcoming meeting dates. <br />It was decided that our next meeting will be Wednesday, May 29, 2019. The <br />motion was made by Vice Chairman Taylor and seconded by Chairman Lasure. <br />Motion carried. <br />The meeting after that will be Wednesday, August 21, 2019. The motion was <br />made by Vice Chairman Taylor and seconded by Ms. Hatton. Motion carried. <br />7. Audience Participation: No audience participation. <br />8.
