ZACCO; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE AND <br />RECORDING. <br />WHEREAS, John A. Zacco ("Petitioner") filed a petition requesting that the City <br />Commission of the City of Casselberry vacate the entire Seminola at Karina Plat ("Plat") <br />as recorded in Plat Book 83, Page 1.00, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, <br />within that certain property owned by John A. Zacco ("Property") as described in the <br />Petition to Vacate attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment "A"; and <br />WHEREAS, the Plat depicted the boundary of the Property incorrectly and as a <br />result of this mistake, the Plat included property owned by a third party, and <br />WHEREAS, the Petitioner now seeks to vacate the entirety of the Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the vacation of the Plat will not affect the ownership or right of <br />convenient access of persons owning property abutting lands; and <br />WHEREAS, the Petitioner has provided evidence that that all ad valorem taxes <br />due and owing on the Property have been paid, that due and proper notice of Petitioner's <br />intention to apply to vacate said plat has been given as required by law, and proof of <br />publication of said notice has been received by the City and is contained in Attachment <br />"A"; and <br />Resolution 19-3086 <br />Page 1 <br />
