Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above subsequent case was found in compliance <br />by date set by the Special Magistrate and no fines should be imposed. <br />SUBSEQUENT CASE SUSPECTION OF FINE REQUEST <br />CE -18-001996 1436 SR 436 <br />• Front -end -loaded refuse container screening requirements <br />Mark Campbell Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the above case was given until February 9, 2019 to <br />come into compliance or a $250.00 per day fine would be imposed. The property owner now needs more time; <br />the City is requesting a suspension of the fine and additional time to May 9, 2019 for compliance to be achieved. <br />Dean Fathelbab in the planning department has been working with the property owner to achieve compliance. <br />Brian Hitchcock, 3038 N John Young Pkwy; Orlando, FL, stated he is the new facilities manager. Mr. Hitchcock <br />is working with Mr. Fathelbab. <br />The Special Magistrate stated that the City is looking to continue the case.
