Budget Amendment #19-028 — Allocation of Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance <br />Local Grant Funds <br />Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #19-028 which moves grant fiends remaining from the <br />Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Local Grant #2017 -DJ -BX -0746 in the amount of $330 that were not <br />rolled over at the end of the last fiscal year (FY 18) to the current fiscal year (FY 19) and budgets $10,326 <br />as revenue that needs to be collected from the original grant is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Approval of Budget Amendment #19-028 will increase the Small Tools & Minor <br />Equipment account #001-0610-521.56-15 by $330 and reduces Other Non -Operating Source account #001- <br />0000-389.90-00 in the amount of $9,996. It budgets $10,326 in revenue account #001-0000-331.22-12. <br />BA # 19-028 <br />Explanation of Request: This budget amendment seeks City Commission approval to recognize the Grant <br />proceeds from Edward Byrne Memorial Assistance Local Grant #2017 -DJ -BX -0746 in the amount of <br />$10,326. Amendment #I to the Contractor Agreement with CrowderGulf Joint Venture, Inc. <br />for Disaster Debris Removal/Management Services <br />Introduction: Approval of Amendment #1 to the contractor agreement for Disaster Debris <br />Removal/Management Services with CrowderGulf Joint Venture, Inc. which updates the contract language <br />to include additional Federal contract provisions required by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency) is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />
