SECTION I. Legislative Findings. The above recitals are hereby adopted as the legislative findings of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry. The City Commission of the City of Casselberry finds and determines that there is competent substantial evidence to support the findings and determinations made through Resolution 18-3068. SECTION II. Recognizing Legislation in Progress. The City of Casselberry hereby recognizes and confirms that legislation is in progress to adopt amendments to the Unified Land Development Regulations to recognize market trends in multi -family housing, and to amend the City Code of Ordinances to remove inconsistencies, more specifically outlined in the whereas clauses. SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions, or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this resolution proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this resolution. SECTION V. Effective Date. Resolution 18-3068 shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED this q""' day of November 2018. ATTEST: i Donna G.
