SECTION I. Legislative Findings. The above recitals are hereby adopted as the <br />legislative findings of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry. The City Commission of <br />the City of Casselberry finds and determines that there is competent substantial evidence to support <br />the findings and determinations made through Resolution 18-3068. <br />SECTION II. Recognizing Legislation in Progress. The City of Casselberry hereby <br />recognizes and confirms that legislation is in progress to adopt amendments to the Unified Land <br />Development Regulations to recognize market trends in multi -family housing, and to amend the <br />City Code of Ordinances to remove inconsistencies, more specifically outlined in the whereas <br />clauses. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions, or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any <br />provisions of this resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this resolution. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date.
