He <br />then gave a presentation which consisted of an audit overview, the required auditor communications for <br />Fiscal Year ended September 30, 2018 and financial highlights, and which included the following <br />components: <br />• Audit Overview <br />o Required Communications <br />■ Auditor Responsibilities <br />■ Management Responsibilities <br />■ Internal Controls and Compliance <br />■ Significant Matters <br />■ Management Representations <br />■ Assigned Individual for Oversight <br />■ Audit Schedule <br />■ Services and Deliverables <br />• Financial Highlights <br />o City -Wide Analysis <br />o General Fund <br />o General Fund Budget <br />o Proprietary Fund <br />Mr. Blend reiterated that the Unmodified Opinion rendered by his firm was the highest level of auditor <br />opinion that could be given in a financial statement audit, and he expressed appreciation to staff for their <br />cooperation throughout the audit. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 19- <br />3088. <br />Audience Participation: No one carne forward to address Resolution 19-3088. <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 19-3088, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion carried unanimously <br />by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Resolution 19-3089 — City of Casselberry Participation in the Best Foot Forward <br />for Pedestrian Safety Program <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 19-3089 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY'S PARTICIPATION IN THE BEST <br />FOOT FORWARD FOR PEDESTRIAN SAFETY PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
