Motion was seconded by Commissioner Busch. Motion <br />carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Approval of 2018-2019 Neighborhood Improvement Grant Applications <br />Staff Presentation: Planning Technician Jonathan Tardif presented the proposed awardees of the 2018- <br />2019 Casselberry Neighborhood Improvement Grant, noting that there were a total of sixteen (16) <br />applications submitted, all for the Homeowner Improvement Grant, with no applications having been <br />received for the Neighborhood Beautification Grant option. Three (3) of the sixteen (16) applications were <br />disqualified for incomplete applications or work already completed and the remaining thirteen (13) were <br />scored and ranked by the Review Committee and are being recommended as shown below.
