Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Amendment No. 4 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) in the amount of $62,427. E. Budget Amendment #19-025 — Summerset Wall Repair Introduction: Approval of Budget Amendment #19-025 which provides funding in the amount of $1,200 to repair a portion of the Summerset subdivision wall damaged during a recent accident is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #19-025 will increase the Summerset Wall Fund Other Non - Operating Source account #117-0000-389.90-00 and the Summerset Wall Fund Repair & Maintenance account # 117-0710-539.46-00 by $1,200. BA # 19-025 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding for the Summerset Wall rebuilding and fencing project in the amount of $1,200. Approval to Execute the Natural Resources Conservation Service Form for the Carriage Hill Outfall Portion of the Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control Prosect Introduction: Approval for the execution of the Natural Resources Conservation Service Form NRCS- ADS-78, Assurances Relating to Real Property Acquisition, for the Carriage Hill outfall portion of the Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control Project (PW 182 1) is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget, Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval for the Mayor to execute Form NRCS-ADS-78.
