CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of March 11, 2019 — Regular Meeting Page 3 of 13 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN SEMINOLE COUNTY, THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, AND MUNICIPALITIES WITHIN SEMINOLE COUNTY, FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES, AS DEFINED IN PARTS I AND II OF CHAPTER 20 OF THE SEMINOLE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 19-3084 which approves an Interlocal Agreement between Seminole County and the Cities of Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Lake Mary, Longwood, Oviedo, Sanford and Winter Springs for Animal Control Services and authorizes execution by the Mayor on behalf of the City is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3084. C. Resolution 19-3085 — Amendment to Conservation Easement for Carriage Hill Outfalls "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO A CONSERVATION EASEMENT WITH ST. JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT ASSOCIATED WITH THE CASSELBERRY GREENWAY TRAIL AND CARRIAGE HILL STORMWATER OUTFALLS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Approval of Resolution 19-3085 which approves the Amendment to the Conservation Easement with the St. Johns River Water Management District associated with the Casselberry Greenway Trail and erosion control improvements needed at Carriage Hill outfalls and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 19-3085. D. Amendment No. 4 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Additional Work for the Concord Drive Improvements Project Introduction: Approval of Amendment No. 4 to Supplemental Agreement No. I to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. (VHB) which provides for additional services related to the design and permitting of the Concord Drive Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $62,427.00 is requested.
