and said notice shall be given to the Youth Organization by mailing written notice, postage prepaid, <br />to Wirz Park Little League, Inc. 2842 Buccaneer Drive, Winter Park, Florida 32792 <br />8. Special Provisions. <br />City to Provide: <br />a. Operation of the irrigation system Monday through Friday. <br />b. Mowing twice per week with a reel mower on the Bermuda. <br />C. Repairs and maintenance of city owned facilities. <br />d. Provide restrooms during normal use. <br />e. Provide meeting rooms at such facilities as shall be approved by the City for <br />training and registration when requested and properly scheduled. <br />f. Provide overhead lighting and electrical system in good working condition. <br />g. Provide '/2 cost of fertilization and pest control for all fields. <br />h. Monday to Saturday field maintenance to include preparation of clay area and <br />lining of fields. <br />i. Provide the clay and conditioner provided at Wirz Park and Secret Lake Park. <br />j. Provide adequate labor to the City for the following ball field maintenance items <br />of facilities: to replace sod, spread clay, and conditioner, weeding and trimming <br />of areas on ball fields, painting of dugouts, repair irrigation lines, remove graffiti, <br />remove gum, remove trash and debris and any other maintenance items deemed <br />and determined necessary, and scheduled by the City, <br />k. Provide approved home plate and bases at the expense of the Youth Organization. <br />1. Lining and painting of the fields <br />Youth Organization to provide: <br />a. Report any repairs deemed necessary to the Recreation Manager or designee. <br />b. Provide 1/z cost of fertilization and pest control for all fields. <br />C. Pick up each day litter left after play. <br />d. Supply the department with league schedules as well as any information <br />distributed from City property. <br />e. Administer and manage all aspects of youth organization (including handling any <br />disputes within the Youth Organization). <br />.19 <br />
