The permit from planning for tree removal is good for 6 months. <br />NEW CASE <br />CE -18-002459 1040 Seminola Blvd <br />Fence in disrepair, ULDR Section 3-10.3.b.I <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that the zoning district is CG, notification date was <br />August 8, 2018, correction date requested was August 23, 2018 found non-compliant. Hearing notice date was <br />September 5, 2018, correction date requested was October 10, 2018 found non-compliant. <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on October 10, 2018. The City requests a correction date of October <br />25, 2018. If no compliance by October 25, 2018, then a fine of $50.00 per day should then be imposed for each <br />day of non-compliance thereafter. The City requests a subsequent hearing date of November 8, 2018 to determine <br />compliance. <br />Tim Alcuri, Senior Code Compliance Officer advised that an inspection on July 18, 2018 found the fence to be in <br />disrepair, in August it still remained in disrepair, property was posted with Notice of Hearing in September. There <br />has not been any contact with the property owner. Mr. Alcuri spoke with the property representative that was <br />present at the hearing, he is aware of the issue and wants to get it resolved.
