CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 22, 2018 — Workshop <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />"storage" of vehicles for elementary and middle school ingress and egress; traffic flow; reduction of traffic <br />lane sizes and increase of pedestrian areas; creating green areas for pedestrian and crossing guard refuge; <br />established driving patterns and traffic volume on the corridor; estimated project budget and funding source; <br />feasibility of adding irrigation for the green areas into the project scope and availability of tree fund money for <br />future landscaping; and signage issues and concerns. <br />CONSENSUS: The City Commission agreed by consensus that they were in favor of moving <br />forward with the conceptual design as presented, with the addition of irrigation to <br />the proposed design of the green spaces. <br />4. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter may request to <br />be recognized during Citizens' Comments. The following individual came forward: <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, voiced concerns about some of the <br />components of the proposed improvements, including curbs, sidewalks, pedestrian, bicycle <br />and golf cart crossings and removal of turn lanes. <br />No one else came forward. <br />5.
