MEETING CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Glancy called the special meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:07 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />3. ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />
