b. (i) For consideration of a sewer adjustment. the consumption should be close to double the average consumption for the account for the past 12 months. (ii) For consideration of a notable water adjustment, the potable water consumption should be close to double the account average for the past 12 months. C. The customer will be notified in writing within 10 business days from the date of submittal of a complete Adjustment Request Application whether the application qualifies for a utility bill adjustment, and, if so the amount of the adjustment. (e) Any behavior such as altering dates or falsifying documents will result in adjustment requests being denied. (fl The City Manager is authorized to establish policies and procedures to provide additional guidance on the implementation of this chapter. SECTION III. CODIFICATION. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinance of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re -lettered to accomplish such intention; that the word, "Ordinance" may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. SECTION IV. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or Resolutions in conflict with any provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. SECTION V. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.
