SECTION 2. Adoption of this Resolution, per Section 26, Termination and Withdrawal, <br />of the Seminole County Emergency Management Addressing Interlocal Agreement between <br />Seminole County and the City of Casselberry includes a provision that allows the City of <br />Casselberry to establish an internal addressing database in the future in coordination with <br />Seminole County, as well as termination of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any section or portion of a section of Resolution 18-3051 <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force or effect of any other section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this I0"" day of ,M f4— , 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />Donna G.
