CONSENT AGENDA <br />Mayor Glancy announced for the record that the Agenda had been amended and posted prior to the meeting <br />to add Item P to the Consent Agenda, which was the Excuse of Absence of Commissioner Bill Hufford. <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoice from the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate is <br />requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoice has been reviewed by the affected departments and is being presented <br />for approval: <br />The Davie Law Firm <br />Code Enforcement Special Magistrate Services <br />• July 2018 Invoice No. 50 $ 840.00 <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the Code Enforcement Special Magistrate's invoice are available in FY 2018 <br />Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoice as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 18-3046 — Conveyance and Acceptance of Permanent Drainage <br />Temporary Construction Easements for Lot 5 Block G Seminole Sites Parcel ID <br />04-21-30-513-OG00-0050 (808 Osceola Trail) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A PERMANENT <br />DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND A TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AT 808 <br />OSCEOLA TRAIL, LOT 5, BLOCK G, SEMINOLE SITES, PARCEL ID 04-21-30-513-OG00-0050; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3046 approves the conveyance and acceptance of a Permanent Drainage <br />Easement and a Temporary Construction Easement at 808 Osceola Trail, Lot 5, Block G, Seminole Sites, <br />Parcel ID 04-21-30-513-OG00-0050, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said documents on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 18-3046. <br />
