ROLL CALL <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present, with the exception of Commissioner <br />Solomon, who arrived at 5:11 p.m., and Commissioner Hufford. Commissioner Hufford's Excuse of <br />Absence was considered and approved as a part of the Consent Agenda later in the meeting. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of August 13, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the August 13, 2018 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Meadows. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 3-0. <br />6. PRESENTATIONS/COMMENDATIONS <br />A. Proclamation — Recognizing the Retirement of David E. Pell <br />Mayor Glancy presented David E. Pell with a proclamation formally recognizing and expressing <br />appreciation for his 22 years of service to the community and its citizens in the Public Works Department <br />and congratulating him on his retirement from the City of Casselberry. <br />Commissioner Solomon arrived at the meeting at 5:11 p.m. <br />B. Presentation: LYNX SR 436 Transit Corridor Study Update <br />Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer Kelly Brock introduced Mr. Myles O'Keefe, Senior Planner <br />with LYNX and Project Manager for the LYNX 436 Transit Corridor Study, and Ms. Jane Lim -Yap, <br />Principal Planner with Kittelson & Associates, the consultant for the project. Mr. O'Keefe and Ms. Lim - <br />Yap then provided an update on the Study, which is exploring options to improve transit along the corridor, <br />including within the City of Casselberry. <br />
