Piggyback Agreement with The Triece Company for Real Estate Consulting Services Introduction: Consideration to piggyback Osceola County, Florida Contract #LOI-1 8 -9796 -KR with The Triece Company for continuing professional real estate consulting services on a task authorization basis not to exceed $50,000 per year for a three-year term is requested. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager recommends approval to piggyback Osceola County Contract #LOI-18-9796-KR for continuing professional real estate consulting services with the Triece Company for a term of three years at a rate not to exceed $50,000 per year. E. Award of Primary Services Agreement to Alternative Power Solutions, Inc. for Generator Maintenance Services Introduction: Consideration to award a Primary Services Agreement for Generator Maintenance Services to Alternative Power Solutions, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $25,000 annually for the period August 13, 2018 through August 12, 2021 is requested. (Ref: RFP -2018-0338) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time. Various operating and/or capital accounts in Public Works and other City Departments/Divisions may be used for future Work Orders under this contract, subject to available budgets. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval to award a Primary Services Agreement for generator maintenance to Alternative Power Solutions, Inc. on a work order basis not to exceed $25,000 annually. Award of Standby Services Agreement with CJ's Sales and Service of Ocala, Inc. for Generator Maintenance Services Introduction: Consideration to award a Standby Services Agreement for Generator Maintenance Services to CJ's Sales and Service of Ocala, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $5,000 annually for the period August 13, 2018 through August 12, 2021 is requested. (Ref: RFP -2018-0338) Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget at this time.
