h. For utilization of electric utility poles and facilities, <br />documentation of compliance with the requirements of the electric utility's <br />franchise agreement regarding facilities for other, non -electric utility <br />services or products. <br />i. The timetable for construction of the project or each phase <br />thereof, and the areas of the City which will be affected. <br />(6) Upon approval of the application and payment of the fee, one copy of the <br />application, with attachments and the permit, will be returned to the applicant, with <br />a City approval stamp to be used as a field plan set. <br />(7) Applications for access to county or state roads shall be submitted to the <br />appropriate office of the county or state department of transportation, which will <br />then forward the application to the City for review and comment. <br />(8) If the plans or drawings submitted showing the proposed location for <br />installation of the facility in the public rights-of-way require revision for any reason <br />prior to commencing construction, the applicant shall promptly submit revised <br />plans and drawings to the City Engineer. <br />Sec. 68-47. - Fee. <br />(a) Fees for engineering permits issued under this Division shall be established <br />by resolution se4 by the Citom, Manage a City Commission, and in aeeoFd;4nO-P- <br />with-Seetiion 3377.40', -as amended, as applica . Except as provided in this <br />Article, fees shall be paid by the applicant upon submission of the permit <br />application. <br />(b) Checks, money orders or cash shall be made payable to the City for the <br />exact fee amount. Payment shall be made to the Community Development <br />Department. <br />(c) Work commenced without a permit will incur a penalty fee as prescribed by <br />the Gity Manager and City Cion. Emergency repair work is excluded from <br />this fee. <br />Sec. 68-54. - Compliance with applicable regulations and site plan. <br />Ua The applicant for any permit assumes full and total responsibility for <br />compliance with this Article, supporting regulations, additional requirements of the <br />City Manager and r ity r^,,,m;, and county, state or federal laws, ordinances <br />or other directives which may apply to the proposed work. <br />(b)_ The applicant for a hermit assumes the responsibility to adhere to the approved <br />site plan post -construction. <br />Page 6 of 52 <br />
