The medi€ieation of prevtted—wire-le�s <br />oemmunieation facilities, as defined in Section 68 153, shall be in aeeer-dafice <br />Section , <br />Unified Land Development Regulations, <br />Sec. 68-44. - Eligibility. <br />(a) Subject to satisfaction of and compliance with the requirements contained <br />in this Chapter, permits may be issued under this Division to the following: <br />(1) Utility corporations or companies, including county and municipal utilities, <br />that will be servicing the installed facility. <br />(2) Contractors responsible for the installation of any utility facility or structure <br />subject to this Article. <br />(3) Private citizens, corporations or organizations with a reasonable and <br />legitimate purpose in using the rights-of-way, which purpose poses no threat or <br />danger to the public health, safety or welfare. <br />) rRegistrant irardefined riirSection rvvT✓3 . <br />(b) In those cases in which the services to be provided are subject to the City <br />regulations relating to underground utilities, the applicant must be a holder of a <br />certificate of competency issued by the Board of Examiners of Underground <br />Utilities Contractors. <br />Sec. 68-45. - Application. <br />Except as otherwise provided herein, applications for a City engineering permit <br />under this Division shall be subject to the following requirements: <br />(1) Applications for a City engineering permit under this Division, <br />accompanied by the appropriate fee, shall be submitted to the City Engineer. <br />(2) Applications may be obtained from the Engineering Division of the Public <br />Works Department, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida 32707. <br />Applications shall be submitted to the Engineering Division. <br />(3) A minimum of two weeks is normally necessary for processing and <br />approval of permit applications. The applicant must take this into consideration in <br />planning proposed construction or installation or other work in the rights-of-way. <br />(4) Information provided by the applicant in completing the application form <br />shall be typewritten or printed in ink. The application, and required documents and <br />drawings, must be legible, and all requested information must be provided prior to <br />review. <br />(5) Applications shall include a hard copy and electronic copy in both <br />AutoCAD and PDF formats, of the following information: <br />a. Engineered drawings (24" x 36" or 30" x 40") signed and <br />sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Florida, showing <br />Page 4 of 52 <br />
