CITY COMMISSIONERS' REPORTS/COMMENTS Commissioner Anthony Aramendia - Seat No. 1: No report. Commissioner Sandra Solomon — Seat No. 3: Shared information about a recent visit to the City of Winter Garden and her observations of all the improvements made in its downtown area, and noted she was hopeful the City of Casselberry could continue making improvements to the Lake Concord Park area to create its own downtown area. Also shared that she recently had gone to two new restaurants in Casselberry, Pier 36 Fish Camp oyster bar and Four Guys Pho Vietnamese Restaurant and was glad to see new restaurants opening in the City. Commissioner Bill Hufford — Seat No. 4: Reported he was officially enrolled in Leadership Seminole and he was looking forward to the new year's classes, which would begin August 1St Thanked City Clerk Donna Gardner for her work on the City newsletter, stating he had received a lot of positive feedback about it. In response to his questions, Ms. Gardner clarified that anyone wishing to receive the newsletter by email could go to www.casselberry.org/notifyme and they would receive an email with a link to the newsletter when it was published. Gave kudos to the Police Department for several recent actions by some of its officers, including giving out bike helmets to citizens who didn't have one, removing an alligator from under a resident's vehicle, and one of the department's chaplains stepping in to comfort a resident whose husband died unexpectedly at home.
