Introduction: Resolution 18-3040 approves the Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 for the amount of $2,165 to be contributed from the City of Casselberry and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Funds are budgeted in the FY 2019 proposed budget in the General Fund/Streets Maintenance Contractual Services account #001-0720-541.34-00 in the amount of $2,165. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 18-3040 and the associated Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando for Fiscal Year 2018- 2019. Task Authorization No. 2 with CPH, Inc. for Additional Design Services for the Sausalito Shores Privacy Wall Replacement and Related Budget Amendment #18- 039 Introduction: Approval of Task Authorization No. 2 with CPH, Inc. for Sausalito Shores privacy wall replacement design services in the amount of $7,514.55 and related Budget Amendment #18-039 is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #18-039 will increase the General Fund/Engineering Division Professional Services/Design Services account #001-0710-539.31-02 and decrease the Contingency Reserves account #001-0190-519.58-00 in the amount of $7,515. Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide funding for additional design services related to Task Authorization #2 with CPH, Inc. for the Sausalito Shores Privacy Wall Replacement Project, in the amount of $7,515.
