Approval of related Budget Amendment #18-027 is also requested. <br />Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #18-027 details changes to the budget as a result of unanticipated <br />revenues and expenditures and reflects changes in individual funds. <br />I�:E:�E:£17►� <br />Explanation of Request: This Budget Amendment seeks City Commission approval for the additional <br />Capital Lease Agreement with SunTrust to provide funding for the purchase of Emergency backup <br />Generators and Pumps for Lift Stations in addition to the purchase of Lighting and Aerator for Casselberry <br />Golf Club. <br />Account Number <br />Increase: <br />Various <br />Decrease: <br />Various <br />Account Description <br />Various — See attached <br />Various — See attached <br />Amount <br />A copy of the FY 2017-2018 Budget for the Additional Capital Lease Agreement with SunTrust showing <br />details of the increases and decreases in various accounts referenced above is attached to and made a part <br />of these minutes. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 18- <br />3029 and related Budget Amendment #18-027. <br />Audience Participation: The following individual came forward to address Resolution 18-3029 and <br />related Budget Amendment # 18-027: <br />Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane suggested that the City may wish to consider <br />permanent generators that attach to the building, but could be moved if necessary. <br />No one else came forward to address Resolution 18-3029 and related Budget Amendment #18-027. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve Resolution 18-3029 and related <br />Budget Amendment 18-027, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Hufford. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 4-0. <br />B. Resolution 18-3030 — Cooperative Agreement with Natural Resources <br />Conservation Service for Erosion Control Projects and Related Budget Amendment <br />#18-035 <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 18-3030 by title, as follows: <br />
