Public Hearing: Resolution 18-3043 - Street Lighting Final Assessment Resolution Resolution 18-3043 provides for consideration of the Sheet Lighting Final Assessment Resolution for the implementation of the street lighting service assessment for fiscal year 2019. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Tentative Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 Consideration to set the tentative millage rate for Fiscal Year 2018/2019 (FY 2019) at 3.0519 mills is requested. B. Board Appointments - Lakes Management Advisory Board Applications are being presented for consideration for appointment to the Lakes Management Advisory Board. 13.
