Ordinance 18-1491 provides for approval on first reading to amend the Official Zoning Map fi•om PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High Intensity) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for four (4) properties generally located at 1241, 1259, and 1265 State Road 436. B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1486 - Amending Section 2-7.36 Communication Tower, Communication Antenna, and Wireless Communication Facility Regulations Ordinance 18-1486 provides for amending Section 2-7.36 "Communication Tower, Communication Antenna, and Wireless Communication Facility Regulations" and Section 5-21.2 "Definitions and Terms" as it relates to Federal and State requirements for wireless communication facilities. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 18-1488 - Amending Section 2-7.28, Industrial - Medium Design and Performance Guidelines (LPA 18-10) Ordinance 18-1488 provides for amending Section 2-7.28, Industrial -Medium design and performance guidelines and amending Section 2-5.3, Table 2-5.3, Land Use by District to add specific uses with distance separation requirements within the Industrial and Industrial -Medium zoning districts. E. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 18-1489 - Amending the Future Land Use Designation of Properties Located Along North Winter Park Drive (LPA 18-07) Ordinance 18-1489 provides for approval on first reading to amend the Future Land Use Map designation from Industrial (I) and Industrial -Medium (I -M) to Recreation and Open Space (ROS) for fourteen (14) properties located along North Winter Park Drive. F. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 18-1490 - Amending the Zoning Designation for Properties Located Along North Winter Park Drive (ZB 18-02) Ordinance 18-1490 provides for approval on first reading to amend the Official Zoning Map designation from I (Industrial) and I -M (Industrial -Medium) to ROS (Recreation and Open Space) for fourteen (14) properties located along North Winter Park Drive.
