In response to the Commission's question, Ms. Hyson said after the tenant moves in <br />the gate would remain open to utilize the parking spaces located at the rear of the site. <br />Mr. Henson asked the applicant to come forward. Mr. Walter Judge, property owner, said he would be <br />speaking on behalf of the applicant. In response to the Commission's question, Mr. Judge said that the business <br />owner agrees to the conditions of approval. <br />Mr. Sami Salama, 1531 E. Altamonte Drive, Casselberry, Florida came forward. In response to the <br />Commission's question, Mr. Salama said in the future Mediterranean foods would be added to the menu. <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the classification of the business that is being presented. Mr. Henson <br />asked for a motion to address CU 17-20. Mr. Lutz made a motion that the Planning and Zoning Commission approve <br />CU 17-20 to allow the sale of beer and wine (2COP) for on-site consumption at 1531 East Altamonte Drive based on <br />the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated December 13, 2017, and the twelve (12) conditions <br />outlined in the staff report including Exhibits A — D. Mr. Bakalla seconded the motion. The motion passed with a <br />majority vote with Mr. Phillips casting the dissenting vote. <br />Seventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />The Commission requested staff research the hookah classification as it relates to City Code. Ms. Hanna <br />stated that staff would be working on updating the definitions and the land use table in the City Code. <br />The Commission expressed a concern regarding the vehicular repair business operating at 54 Seminola <br />Boulevard violating the conditions of approval for the conditional use. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the resident's access to Bainbridge from Oxford Road. <br />Eighth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Henson adjourned the meeting at 7:02 p.m. <br />
