CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a meeting on <br />Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />David Henson, Chairman <br />Ron Bryan, Vice -Chairman <br />Nathan Van Meter <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Victor Lutz <br />Robert Phillips <br />Shannon Campbell, Alternate <br />Staff members present: <br />Emily Hanna, Chief Planner <br />Christina Hyson, Planner I <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. <br />Mr. Henson called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Mr. Henson led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />Third Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the meeting held on November 8, 2017. <br />Mr. Henson stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the meeting held on <br />Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Mr. Bryan moved to accept the November 8, 2017 minutes. Mr. Van Meter <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />The Commissioners made no disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />Fifth Item of Business: CU 17.19: 290 Iris Road. A conditional use request to allow vehicular services, <br />maintenance, and light mechanical repair (excluding sales and service, body shops, and storage) located at <br />290 Iris Road. Parcel ID 16-21-30-5BU-0000-0300 <br />In response to Mr. Henson's question, Ms. Christina Hyson, Planner I, said that the only item that has <br />changed since the previous conditional use approval is the parking now meets City requirements. <br />
