STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS.• <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 17-18 to allay a place of morship <br />426 Lakeport Cove. Staffs recommendation is based on the findings of fad and conclusions of this st <br />report dated November 8, 2017, and the following conditions: <br />1. A special event permit application must be submitted to the City in advance of any organized acdvit <br />and events than are held outdoors. <br />3. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services, or vehicles. <br />4. All applicable licenses and permits shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any activities <br />religious s"ices at the site. <br />5. All signage requires a separate permit and most comply with the standards in the ULDR <br />6. The use shall remain in complete compliance With all City, County and State requirements. <br />7. A nen• conditional we application shall be required if the use should cease for more than 90 days. <br />8.
