SCALEAAD IATTENSM7 . <br />The Casselberry Spanish Seventh-Day Adventist Church protides several religious <br />services throughout the week. The main church s,nice is on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. <br />in <br />2:00 p.m., and Sunday School is held from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Additional <br />,mires offered by the Casselberry Spanish Seventh-Day Adventist Church include a <br />Pryer Meeting m fro8:00 p.m. to 9:30 pan. on Wednesday, Rehearsal on Tbursday <br />Hing from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Imall Meetings from 8:00 pan. to 9:30 <br />p.m. on Friday. <br />CRITERIA FOR CONDITIONAL USE. <br />Approved Site Plan <br />CRITERIA FOR CONDITIONAL USE <br />1. land use mmnatibility. The Casselberry Spanish Seventh-Day Adventist Church is <br />the only we on the subject property. Surrounding properties consist predominantly of <br />I,acaut land, single-family homes, and the Aiiation Institute of Maintenance. Religious <br />servions at the place of wuiship are held primarily in the evenings and on the weekend. <br />The proposed use is, therefore, compatible with the surrounding land uses and will <br />not adversely impact land use activities in the immediate vicinity. <br />2. S.Oldent site size and adequate site specifications to accommodate rhe proposed use. <br />Section 3-15.2 of the ULDR spedf,. the required number of parking spaces f r the <br />Proposed I. Places of worship must protide one (il parking space for every three <br />(3) seats of the mains on <br />owdy hall or e (1) parking space per 120 square feet of <br />floor area of the main assembly hall, mlichever is greater. The subject property <br />requires 34 parking spacesandurn (2) ADA parking spaces given the number of seats <br />(100) in the main assembly hall. <br />Phe applicant's site plan, which was approved by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission on September 13, 2017 (SPR 16-I6), proposes 32 paved parking spaces, <br />6vo (2) ADA spaces, and nine (9) unpaved overflow parking spaces. The <br />proposed offstreet parking meets the requirements of Sced.- 3-15.2 and 3-15.6 of <br />the City s ULDR. <br />CRITERIA FOR CONDITIONAL USE. <br />3. Proper me of mitigative tedmiaues. The place of warship must adhere to all City <br />regulations. Nobe levels sball not exceed the requirements of the City's Unified Land <br />Development Regulations. Phe applicant trill be required in obtain a special event <br />permit for any organized outdoor uti ities and events that result in a gathering of <br />individuals or groups beyond normal dap -today operations. <br />4. Hazardous waste. No Iniondens waste wilt be produced at the site. <br />5. Compliance with ano&cable laws and ordinances.
