CRITERM FOR COArDITIONAL USE, <br />3.Pruner me of mi6xative techniques. The place of worship must adhere to all City <br />regulations. <br />4. Fi—donswaste. No leeendous waste will be produced at the site. <br />5. Compliance with aunitcable laws and ordinances. Possession of both City and County <br />business tax receipts, as well as any applicable permits, licenses, and inspections from <br />other ag-des must be prodded to the City prior to implementing the use. <br />LPA 17-13.• Ordinance to Adopt the CIP for 2018-2022 <br />10/24/2017 <br />STAFF RECOAIAIEADA TIONS. - <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning C—t ission approve CU 17-17 to allen a place of worship at <br />177 Anrhor Road. StaFs recommendation is based on the finding of fact and conclusions of this staff report <br />dared October 11, 2017, and Ore foll—ing conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 177 Anchor Road. No expansion of this me shall <br />cur eithout additional appm,d from the Planning and Zoning Commission. <br />2. AU eligi— —ices and events shall be conducted indoors. <br />3. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services, or vehicles. <br />4. The addition of one (1) pad eing.space and the re,t iping of all —',flog pazking spaces on the site shall be <br />completed nithin 90 days of the approwd. <br />5. All app&able hcenses and permits shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any business <br />adhities or religious sesa9ces at the site. <br />6. All signage requires a separate pemdt and must comply nith the ULDR and CRA Urban Design <br />Standazds. <br />7. The use shall remain in complete compliance pith all City, County and State requirements. <br />8. A new conditional us application shall be required ifthe use should cease for more than 90 days. <br />9. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />RELLTti'T.� <br />The Community Development Department—Planning Division requests that the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission hold a public hearing to consider LPA 17-13: <br />Adoption of 2018 CIP as part ofthe City Comprehensive Plan. <br />BdCPGROUVD. <br />The City's 5 -Year Capital Improvement Program is required to be adopted by ordinance <br />annually into the comprehensive Plan. The 5 -Year Capital Improvement Program was <br />adopted by the City Commission on September 25, 2017 as an integral part ofthe 2018 <br />Budget <br />DISCU53IC)M <br />The Capital Improvement Element ofthe Comprehensive Plan sets outthe location and <br />timing of capital projects to achieve and maintain adopted level of service standards <br />for public facilities that are necessary to implementthe comprehensive plan. <br />3 <br />
