Planning & Zoning Commission/ <br />Local Planning Agency <br />August 9, 2017 <br />Page 8 <br />Mr. Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition to, <br />the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Henson asked for a motion to address CU 17-15. Mr. Bryan made a motion that the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission approve CU 17-15 to allow a fuel dispensing service station at the property located at 1033 State <br />Road 436 based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated August 9, 2017 and the ten (10) <br />conditions outlined in the staff report including Exhibits A - B. Mr. Phillips seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously by voice vote. <br />Eleventh Item of Business: Other Business. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding panhandling. Ms. Hanna said that staff would be bringing an ordinance <br />to the Commission in the future. <br />Twelfth Item of Business: Adjournment. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, Mr. Henson adjourned the meeting at 7:56 p.m. <br />Date Minutes Approved by Planning and Zoning Commission:�.` <br />J <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />
