t The City of Casselberry Lakes Management Advisory Board held a meeting <br />Wednesday, November 1, 2017 at 6:30 p.m., in the <br />Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, FL 32707 <br />Appointed Board Members Present: <br />Paul Blais <br />Alessandro Garabaghi <br />Brad Gonzalez <br />Laura Hatton <br />Austin Lasure <br />Marc Taylor <br />Appointed Board Members Absent: <br />Jason McDonald - Excused <br />Audience Attendee: <br />John Casselberry — 700 S. Lost Lake Drive, Casselberry <br />Staff Members Present: <br />Marissa Williams, Natural Resources Officer <br />D. Denyse Wilson, Staff Assistant II (Recording Secretary) <br />1. Call to Order: Chairman Brad Gonzalez called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. He began <br />by leading everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance, welcomed everyone to the meeting, <br />and thanked everyone for being there. He stated that it is very important as to what we <br />do to serve our community. <br />2. Roll Call: Completed by Ms. Wilson. <br />3. Approval of Minutes: Chairman Gonzalez asked if everyone had read the minutes, and <br />they all responded that they had. Mr. Blais made a motion to accept the minutes and <br />Mr. Garabaghi seconded. The motion carried unanimously. <br />4. Old Business: None <br />5. New Business <br />A. Master Plan: It passed and was adopted. Moved up one year the <br />addition of telemetry in Gee Creek so that we can better understand the <br />flow, real time basis. Everything basically stayed the same. There are new <br />lakes to manage and two additional staff members will be added in August <br />2018. Qualifying lakes will be added to regular lakes management <br />program once guaranteed access is secured. We are currently using <br />Applied Aquatics until we receive the additional staffing.
