CITY OF CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, October 30, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present: Charlene Glancy, Chairman Anthony Aramendia, Vice Chairman Sandra Solomon Bill Hufford Andrew Meadows Staff members present: Randy Newlon, City Manager Randy Woodruff, Community Development Director Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director Dean Fathelbab, Planner 1 Joni Dixon, Secretary First Item of Business: Call to Order/Roll Call. Ms. Glancy called the meeting to order at 4:08 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes of Auqust 28, 2017. Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on August 28, 2017. Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the August 28, 2017 minutes as presented. Ms. Solomon seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices. Ms. Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, reviewed the CRA invoices for August and September 2017 (copies are attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Bowman stated that the invoices relate to the Quail Pond properties. In response to the Board's question, Ms. Bowman stated that the repair invoice for 110 Quail Pond Circle was to repair damage from the hurricane. In response to the Board's question, Ms. Bowman stated that both properties are rented and the CRA should begin to see income from the properties.
