The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for 1810 SR 436 was present. <br />Con Tran, 1810 SR 436, Winter Park, FL stated he did take care of the matter, repair sprinkler system and put in plants, <br />had it all done by the deadline. There was an issue with the cold weather and a sprinkler problem, the cold weather <br />cracked a pipe and does not know which caused the dead plants. The cold snap killed all the plants. <br />Finding of fact- The Special Magistrate made a finding to continue this case to the February 8, 2018 hearing, to <br />determine compliance. <br />CE -17-000615 506 Zinnia Dr <br />® Canopy/tent-like accessory structure, ULDR Section 2-7.9 <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that at the December 14, 2017 hearing, the Special Magistrate <br />found this property to be in violation and a date of January 11, 2018 was given for compliance or a $50.00 per day fine <br />would be imposed. The property was found to be non-compliant on January 11, 2018, therefore the $50.00 per day fine <br />should be imposed. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the owner for 506 Zinnia Dr was present. There was no on present. <br />The Special Magistrate described photos. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony. <br />Finding of fact- The Special Magistrate made a finding in case 17/000615, 506 Zinnia Dr, the case originally <br />came before the Magistrate on December 14, 2017 for the violation of Canopy/tent-like accessory structure, <br />ULDR Section 2-7.9. A violation was found and the property was ordered to come into compliance by January <br />11, 2018 or a $50.00 per day fine would be imposed. Based on testimony there has been no compliance and the <br />$50.00 per day fine was imposed. <br />CE -17-001352 1166 Park Dr <br />® Disabled/inoperable/unlicensed vehicle, ULDR Section 3-10.9 F <br />Mark Campbell, Code Compliance Supervisor advised that at the December 14, 2017 hearing, the Special <br />Magistrate found this property to be in violation and a date of January 11, 2018 was given for compliance or a <br />$50.00 per day fine would be imposed.
