Resolution 18-3017 — Conveyance and Acceptance of Drainage Easement for Lot <br />3 Redington Woods (12 Lotus Lake Drive) <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE AND ACCEPTANCE OF A DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT AT 12 LOTUS LAKE DRIVE, LOT 3 REDINGTON WOODS, PARCEL ID 08-21-30- <br />5BK-0000-0030; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 18-3017 approves the conveyance and acceptance of a Drainage Easement at 12 <br />Lotus Lake Drive, Lot 3 Redington Woods, Parcel ID 08-21-30-5BK-0000-0030, and authorizes the Mayor <br />to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 18-3017. <br />C.
