C. Resolution 18-3025 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Drainage Easement for Plaza Oval <br />Resolution 18-3025 provides for conveyance and acceptance of a drainage easement at Lot 4, Block A, Sunset Manor <br />(Parcel ID 08-21-30-507-OA00-0040), which is associated with the needed repair of the drainage outfall for Plaza <br />Oval. <br />D. Resolution 18-3026 - Final Change Order No. 5 to the Agreement with Wharton -Smith, <br />Inc. for Construction of Lake Concord Park and Signature Street Projects & Related <br />Budget Amendment #18-023 <br />Resolution 18-3026 provides for Final Change Order No. 5 to the Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for <br />construction of the Lake Concord Park, Public Works Building, Triplet Lake Drive Realignment and Signature Street <br />projects in the deductive amount of $82,510.28. Approval of related Budget Amendment #18-023 is also requested. <br />E. Resolution 18-3028 - Honoring the Service of Dr. E. Ann McGee, President, Seminole State <br />College <br />Resolution 18-3028 provides for recognition of dedicated public service by Dr. E. Ann McGee, President of Seminole <br />State College, upon her retirement. <br />G. Amendment #2 to the Piggyback Agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC <br />Consideration of Amendment #2 to the piggyback agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC extending the term for one <br />year for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, manhole, and lift station wet well rehabilitation services on an as -needed basis <br />for an amount that shall not exceed $1,800,000 is requested. <br />H. Budget Amendment #18-029 - Additional Funding for Gee Creek Weir Telemetry Project <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment 418-029 to provide additional funding in the amount of $7,730.00 to cover <br />the cost of equipment necessary to complete the PW 1816 Gee Creek Telemetry Project is requested. <br />Budget Amendment #18-030 - Various Storm Pipe Rehabilitation <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment 418-030 to provide funding in the amount of $100,000.00 for various storm <br />drain rehabilitation work is requested. <br />K. Budget Amendment #18-032 - Funding of Lake Concord Parking Study <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #18-032 to fund the Lake Concord Parking Study is requested. <br />L. Application for Department of Justice Bulletproof Vest Partnership Award FY18-19 <br />Consideration to submit a grant application to the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Program, through the Bureau of <br />Justice Assistance, U.S. Department of Justice, for grant funding of bullet resistant body armor approved by the <br />National Institute of Justice for designated use by City of Casselberry police officers. <br />M. Application for a Target 2018 Community Engagement Funds Grant <br />Consideration to apply for a grant award through the Target Corporate Social Responsibility, FYI Community <br />Engagement Funds Gant for designated use by the City of Casselberry for the annual National Night Out Event is <br />requested. <br />
