C. Resolution 18-3025 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Drainage Easement for Plaza Oval Resolution 18-3025 provides for conveyance and acceptance of a drainage easement at Lot 4, Block A, Sunset Manor (Parcel ID 08-21-30-507-OA00-0040), which is associated with the needed repair of the drainage outfall for Plaza Oval. D. Resolution 18-3026 - Final Change Order No. 5 to the Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for Construction of Lake Concord Park and Signature Street Projects & Related Budget Amendment #18-023 Resolution 18-3026 provides for Final Change Order No. 5 to the Agreement with Wharton -Smith, Inc. for construction of the Lake Concord Park, Public Works Building, Triplet Lake Drive Realignment and Signature Street projects in the deductive amount of $82,510.28. Approval of related Budget Amendment #18-023 is also requested. E. Resolution 18-3027 - Community Development Block Grant Cooperation Agreement with Seminole County Resolution 18-3027 provides for a Community Development Block Grant Cooperation Agreement with Seminole County. F. Resolution 18-3028 - Honoring the Service of Dr. E. Ann McGee, President, Seminole State College Resolution 18-3028 provides for recognition of dedicated public service by Dr. E. Ann McGee, President of Seminole State College, upon her retirement. G. Amendment #2 to the Piggyback Agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC Consideration of Amendment #2 to the piggyback agreement with Layne Inliner, LLC extending the term for one year for sanitary sewer, storm sewer, manhole, and lift station wet well rehabilitation services on an as -needed basis for an amount that shall not exceed $1,800,000 is requested. H. Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for Concord Drive Improvements Consideration of Amendment No. 3 to Supplemental Agreement No. I to the Standard Consultant Agreement for Professional Services for Stormwater, Lakes Management and Water Quality Related Projects with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. for additional services related to the design of the Concord Drive Improvements project in an amount not to exceed $15,684.00 is requested. I. Budget Amendment #18-029 - Additional Funding for Gee Creek Weir Telemetry Project Consideration of Budget Amendment 418-029 to provide additional funding in the amount of $7,730.00 to cover the cost of equipment necessary to complete the PW 1816 Gee Creek Telemetry Project is requested. Budget Amendment #18-030 - Various Storm Pipe Rehabilitation Consideration of Budget Amendment 418-030 to provide funding in the amount of $100,000.00 for various storm drain rehabilitation work is requested. K. Budget Amendment #18-032 - Funding of Lake Concord Parking Study Consideration of Budget Amendment #18-032 to fund the Lake Concord Parking Study is requested. L. Application for Department of Justice Bulletproof Vest Partnership Award FY18-19 Consideration to submit a grant application to the Bulletproof Vest Partnership Grant Program, through the Bureau of Justice Assistance, U.S. Department of Justice, for grant funding of bullet resistant body armor approved by the National Institute of Justice for designated use by City of Casselberry police officers. M. Application for a Target 2018 Community Engagement Funds Grant Consideration to apply for a grant award through the Target Corporate Social Responsibility, FYI Community Engagement Funds Gant for designated use by the City of Casselberry for the annual National Night Out Event is requested.
