cheese. meat, poultry and seafood such as occurs in delicatessens butcher shops and <br />seafood stores. <br />Institutional pharmacy. The ancillary dispensing of prescription medicine by a state <br />licensed caregiver in conjunction with medical services or within a hospital nursing-home <br />clinic or other related medical facility. <br />Medical marijuana dispensing facility. An establishment operated by a Medical Marijuana <br />Treatment Center in accordance with the Department of Health rules where marijuana is <br />dispensed for medical use to qualified patients or caregivers For purposes of this <br />definition, the terms "marijuana " "medical use," "qualified patients," and "caregivers" <br />shall have the same meanings ascribed to them by Section 381.986 Florida Statues as <br />amended from time to time. Medical marijuana dispensing facilities are permitted as <br />principal uses in those zoning districts in which pharmacies are identified as a permitted <br />principal use. Medical marijuana dispensing facilities are permitted as accessory uses in <br />those zoning districts in which pharmacies are identified as permitted accessory uses A <br />medical marijuana dispensingfv does not prepare transfer, cultivate or process any <br />form of mari'u� ana. <br />Medical services. The provision of therapeutic, preventive or other corrective personal <br />treatment services by physicians, dentists and other licensed medical practitioners, as well as <br />the provision of medical laboratory testing and analysis services. These services are provided <br />to patients who are admitted for examination and treatment by a physician and with no <br />overnight lodging. This land use classification includes Institutional Pharmacies when <br />developed as an accessory use within a medical service facility. <br />Pharmacy. An establishment licensed by the State of Florida as a Community Pharmacy <br />(Schedule II and III) for the retail dispensing of medicinal drugs; or, for purposes of this <br />Land Development Code, a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensin Facility for <br />the retail dispensing of derivative product and marijuana delivery devices as defined by <br />the Florida Statutes or the Florida Administrative Code. <br />SECTION IV. NONCONFORMING USES. Any drugstore or pharmacy which is <br />lawfully existing and subsequently becomes nonconforming due to the enactment of this Ordinance <br />3 <br />
