Objective FLU 1, as amended and supplemented, of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, such amendments are permitted, subject to the provisions of Chapter 163 of <br />the Florida Statutes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I.
