SECTION II. Part III - Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter III — Performance Criteria, Article <br />XVI: Signs, Section 3-16.3, On -premises permanent sign regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, shall be amended as follows: <br />Section 3-16.3. — On -premises permanent sign regulations. <br />C. Commercial, office, institutional and industrial zoning districts: <br />3. Maximum sign size. <br />a. Ground sign. May not exceed 100 square feet. <br />b. Window signs. Total area of all window signs shall not exceed 25 percent <br />of the total glass area of the window in which they are placed. Window signs shall not count against total <br />allowable copy area if <br />[remainder unchanged] <br />SECTION III. Part III - Unified Land Development Regulations, Chapter III — Performance Criteria, Article <br />XVI: Signs, Section 3-16.4, On -premises temporary sign regulations, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, shall be amended as follows: <br />Section 3-16.4. — On -premises temporary sign regulations. <br />B. General criteria. The following criteria apply to all temporary signs unless otherwise <br />enumerated within this Article. These criteria are provided within Table 3-16A. If there is a conflict between <br />the text and the table, the text prevails.
