Council of Local Governments in Seminole County CALNO) Report <br />Commissioner Aramendia reported that the City of Casselberry had hosted the meeting on Wednesday, <br />March 711, and the presentation which was entitled Justice for Reese: Residents and Local Governments <br />Working to Improve Public Safety had been well-received by the members who were present at the meeting. <br />He expressed a special thank -you to City Clerk Donna Gardner for her preparation of the decorations and <br />arranging for the meal prior to the meeting. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 18-3008 — Final Plat for Casselberry Marketplace (SP 17-04) <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 18-3008 by title, as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "CASSELBERRY MARKETPLACE" FINAL PLAT; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Planner Dean Fathelbab gave a brief overview of Resolution 18-3008 stating that the <br />resolution provided for approval of the Casselberry Marketplace final plat for the properties located at 1006 <br />through 1070 State Road 436 and 1001 Red Bug Lake Road. The combined parcels are approximately 11.2 <br />acres in size. The subject properties have a Major Thoroughfare Mixed Use (MTMU) future land use <br />designation and a Commercial General (CG) zoning designation. The property is currently developed with <br />five commercial structures totaling approximately 115,000 square feet. The Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and staff have recommended approval of the final plat subject to the following conditions set <br />forth in the Staff Report dated February 14, 2018: <br />1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat; <br />2. The applicant shall make application for a minor site plan review to add the required ADA <br />(Americans with Disabilities Act) parking spaces on lots 1, 4 and 5. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Chief Planner recommended approval of Resolution 18- <br />3008 for the Casselberry Marketplace Final Plat with conditions (SP 17-04). <br />Audience Participation: The following individual came forward to address the Commission regarding <br />Resolution 18-3008: <br />
