Motion carried by voice <br />vote 4-0 (Mayor Glancy was absent from the Chambers for the vote on this item). <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />A. Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1473 — Adoption of 2018-2022 Five Year Capital <br />Improvement Program as Part of the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 17-1473 by title, as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO ADOPT THE FIVE YEAR <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SCHEDULE 2018-2022 AS PART OF THE CITY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANDATES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER <br />163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Notice of Public Hearing: The Notice of Public Hearing relative to second reading of Ordinance 17-1473 <br />was advertised in the Orlando Sentinel on Thursday, November 30, 2017. <br />Mayor Glancy returned to the City Commission Chambers at 5:16 p. in. <br />Staff Presentation: Community Development Director Randy Woodruff gave a brief overview of <br />Ordinance 17-1473 explaining that this item was a request to adopt the Five Year Capital Improvement <br />Schedule for 2018-2022 as part of the City's Comprehensive Plan. He advised that no changes had been <br />made to Ordinance 17-1473 since approval on first reading by the City Commission at the November 20, <br />2017 City Commission meeting. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />
