Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report <br />Mayor Glancy reported she had attended the meeting on Thursday, July 6, 2017 and the meeting had been very <br />short; however she shared information she had received about Lynx which will be doing a transportation <br />development plan update and will have staff attending local events to get candid input from attendees about <br />services they would like to see from Lynx. She also shared some crash statistics from the tri -county area which <br />had been presented at the meeting. <br />C. Leadership Seminole Board Report <br />No report. <br />D. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report <br />No report. <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 17-2969 — Breezeway at Lake Marie Replat (S 17-01) <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 17-2969 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING THE "BREEZEWAY AT LAKE MARIE REPLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Planner Dean Fathelbab gave a brief overview of Resolution 17-2969, explaining that the <br />purpose of the resolution was for approval of the Breezeway at Lake Marie Replat, a proposed 40 -bed memory <br />care facility located at Lake Drive and south of Seminola Boulevard. He further explained that the memory <br />care facility was currently on three individual properties, 1316, 1324 and 1332 Lake Drive and they were <br />proposed to be replatted into one lot. He advised that the approximate size of the newly combined property <br />would be 2.13 acres. He stated that site plan approval for the facility was granted in March of 2016 with an <br />
