PARCEL NO. 802.3 and 804.3 <br />SECTION 7701-203 <br />PAGE 3 <br />Containing: 7092 square feet, more or less. <br />VIM <br />Easement 2: <br />A portion of Lot 4, Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat, according to the plat thereof as recorded <br />in Plat Book 79, Pages 90 through 93, of the Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, being <br />more particularly described as follows: <br />From an iron pipe at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of <br />Section 8, Township 21 South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida, run South 89032'22" <br />West, a distance of 413.51 feet along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of said Section 8 to a point on the East right of way of State Road 15 and 600 as shown <br />on that certain State of Florida, State Road Department Right of Way Map for State Road 15 and <br />600 , Section 7701-203, said point being North 89°3222" East 52.00 feet from the centerline of <br />said State Road 15 and 600 at station 473+07.03; thence North 14°58'45" East, a distance of <br />55.24 feet along said East right of way line to a 4" by 4" concrete monument with a disc stamped <br />"LS 5062 PRM" at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Lake Concord Park Unit 1, A Replat, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 79, Pages 90 through 93, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; <br />thence continue North 14°58'45" East, a distance of 183.19 feet along said East right of way line <br />and the West boundary of said Lot 2 and Lot 4 for the POINT OF BEGINNING, said Point of <br />Beginning being 50.22 feet right of, when measured perpendicular to said centerline of State <br />Road 15 and 600 at station 475+59.28; thence continue North 14°58'45" East, a distance of 17.79 <br />feet along said East right of way line said West boundary; thence North 72°28'41" East, a distance <br />of 136.62 feet; thence South 83°1022" East, a distance of 3.54 feet to a point on a line parallel <br />with and 15.00 feet West of, when measured at right angles to the East boundary of the aforesaid <br />Lot 4; thence North 14°59'22" East, a distance of 89.42 feet along said parallel line; thence North <br />64°36'17" West, a distance of 120.73 feet to a point on the aforesaid East Right of Way line and <br />the aforesaid West boundary of Lot 4; thence North 14°58'45" East, a distance of 15.25 feet along <br />said East Right of Way line and said West boundary; thence South 64036'17" East, a distance of <br />135.99 feet to a point on the aforesaid East boundary of Lot 4; thence South 14°59'22" West, a <br />distance of 114.92 feet along said East boundary; thence North 83°10'22" West, a distance of <br />13.31 feet; thence South 72°28'41" West, a distance of 142.94 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />Containing: 5681 square feet, more or less. <br />
